Nutrition and Dietetics + collaborating units
Healthy weight loss is about 0.5–1 kg per week; faster loss is mostly water and muscle and leads to regain. At Sone Wellbeing Unit in Beylikdüzü, Istanbul, weight loss is planned by a dietitian based on your habits, tests and routine, with a physiotherapist for exercise and a psychologist for eating behaviour when needed.

This condition involves more than one of our units. As a wellbeing unit, our teams work together in the same process; you do not travel between different addresses.
A moderate calorie deficit, adequate protein, fibre and a sustainable meal routine; progress is tracked by waist, energy and body composition, not the scale alone.
Strength training preserves muscle and metabolism; a safe programme is prepared.
Emotional eating and binge–restrict cycles are addressed with a psychologist.
About 2–4 kg a month is realistic and sustainable.
