Nutrition and Dietetics + collaborating units
Post-meal bloating, gas, constipation or reflux are often related to eating speed, meal pattern, fibre–water balance and specific trigger foods. At Sone Wellbeing Unit in Beylikdüzü, Istanbul, after a medical assessment, a dietitian uses a food diary to find triggers and makes individual adjustments; structured approaches such as low-FODMAP are applied with medical approval.
