Some goals cannot be solved by one unit alone: eating behaviour may sit behind a weight goal, sleep and stress behind long-lasting pain. In these programmes two or three units at our centre in Beylikdüzü work together in the same process, with a joint assessment and a single plan.

The weight management programme is a single plan in which a dietitian and a clinical psychologist work together. The dietitian prepares a sustainable nutrition plan; the emotional side of eating behaviour is addressed with the psychologist, so the reason behind the diet-and-regain cycle is worked on too.
