After an accident, loss, violence or a sudden event, nightmares, reliving the event, avoidance and constant alertness may persist. At Sone Wellbeing Unit in Beylikdüzü, Istanbul, trauma and grief are addressed by a clinical psychologist in a safe, staged process using trauma-focused cognitive therapy and EMDR where appropriate.

This condition involves more than one of our units. As a wellbeing unit, our teams work together in the same process; you do not travel between different addresses.
