Physiotherapy + collaborating units
After a sports injury, returning to training too early is the most common cause of re-injury. At Sone Wellbeing Unit in Beylikdüzü, Istanbul, sports injuries are assessed by a physiotherapist and a staged return-to-sport programme is built on measurable criteria: pain-free range of motion, strength compared with the uninjured side and sport-specific movements.
