Physiotherapy + collaborating units
Lower back pain usually stems from muscle strain, posture, disc problems or long periods of sitting. At Sone Wellbeing Unit in Beylikdüzü, Istanbul, it is assessed by a physiotherapist; exercise, manual therapy and daily-life adjustments are planned according to the cause. Most mechanical back pain is managed without surgery or long-term medication.
