Physiotherapy + collaborating units
Knee pain often comes from weakness in the hip and thigh muscles, kneecap alignment, meniscus or cartilage wear. At Sone Wellbeing Unit in Beylikdüzü, Istanbul, knee pain is assessed by a physiotherapist; strengthening, range-of-motion and load-management programmes are prepared, and post-surgery rehabilitation is planned.
