Physiotherapy + collaborating units
Plantar fasciitis (heel spur) causes sharp heel pain with the first steps in the morning and is linked to prolonged standing, footwear and tight calf muscles. At Sone Wellbeing Unit in Beylikdüzü, Istanbul, foot pain is assessed by a physiotherapist; stretching, strengthening and load management usually bring improvement within 6–12 weeks.
